ChatHop provides anonymous, text-only, one-on-one chat with randomly matched users. There are no accounts, no video, no image or file sharing, and no private messaging outside a matched session. Conversations are ephemeral and are not stored, except as described in our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (for safety reports).

3. Acceptable Use

Your use of ChatHop is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats, illegal activity, and sharing of personal information of others. Violations may result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

4. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that other users will behave appropriately, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatHop and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Moderation and Termination

We may moderate, suspend, or ban any user at our discretion, including via automated filtering and human review of reports.
